The Art Festival began in 1997 as a visual arts market with the participation of local artists and the direction of Eng. Heriberto Parra, Prof. Nestor Agúndez Martinez and other people related to the arts and cultural management of the time.
The story
In response to the great success that this was for the general and artistic community, other artistic expressions began to be involved, such as the performing arts, cinema, photography, gastronomy and more.
Traditions are important to preserve the identity of a community and art is one of the most representative elements of Todos Santos, and this reason drives us to continue every year.
It is currently carried out by the Board of Trustees of the General Manuel Marquez de Leon Theater, the Cultural Center "Prof. Nestor Agúndez Martinez", Zenda Collective and the Delegation of Todos Santos
